Rochelle Frank is a licensed clinical psychologist in Oakland, California with more than 25 years of experience. She specialises in evidence-based treatment of clinically complex emotional and behavioural problems in adolescents and adults. She also works with couples and families, and provides informational workshops and training seminars.
