Franki Kung

Assistant Professor, Department of Psychological Sciences , Purdue University

Franki Kung is assistant professor at the Department of Psychological Sciences at Purdue University in Indiana, where he also serves as the director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and co-directs the DEI Science Consortium at the College of Health and Human Sciences. He received his PhD in social and industrial-organisational psychology at the University of Waterloo in Canada. Broadly speaking, his research lies at the intersection of mindset and conflict management, offering insights into better managing conflicts that arise in culturally diverse teams, difficult communications, and multiple goal pursuits.
