Judith Hoare is a journalist who worked for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and at the Australian Financial Review, where she covered politics, business and broader social issues before being appointed features editor and finally deputy editor of the newspaper, a position she held for 20 years. She is the author of The Woman Who Cracked the Anxiety Code: The Extraordinary Life of Dr Claire Weekes (2019). She lives in Sydney, Australia.
