Marco Boks is a consultant psychiatrist and associate professor at the Brain Center of the University Medical Center Utrecht in the Netherlands, and clinical lead of the stress and trauma programme. His scientific work is focused on the biological mechanisms of the role of childhood trauma in risk of psychiatric disorders.
