Michal Zechariah is a doctoral candidate at the University of Chicago, where she studies how emotional phenomena circumscribe moral thought in early modern British literature. She also founded an interdisciplinary workshop for the study of emotion in the humanities and social sciences. Her writing and translation have appeared in The Rumpus and Ho! Literary Magazine.
