Summer Brennan is an American journalist and author. Her work has appeared in The Paris Review, Granta and Scientific American, among others. She is the author of The Oyster War: The True Story of a Small Farm, Big Politics, and the Future of Wilderness in America (2015), High Heel (2019) and The Parisian Sphinx (Mariner Books, forthcoming 2023). She lives in Paris, France.
