Nicola Perullo

Nicola Perullo is professor of aesthetics at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, Italy, where he directs the PhD programme in ecogastronomy, education and society. He is the author of Taste as Experience (2016) and Epistenology: Wine as Experience (2020).
