Rob Brooks

Rob Brooks is an evolutionary biologist based at the University of New South Wales, in Sydney. He has won major prizes for both his research (Australian Academy of Science’s Fenner Medal) and his popular writing (Eureka Prize, Queensland Literary Award for Science Writing). His new book is Artificial Intimacy: Digital Lovers, Virtual Friends and Algorithmic Matchmakers (2021).
