Selda Koydemir is a London-based psychotherapist, wellbeing consultant, and researcher. She runs a private practice, providing therapy for adults as well as coaching and consultancy for leaders and organisations. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at the University of Bamberg in Germany, where she teaches in the Department of Psychology. She also publishes Modern Virtue on Substack, where she writes about emotional wellbeing, psychological flexibility, and mental health.
