Liz W Faber is assistant professor of English and communication at Dean College in Massachusetts, adjunct instructor of academic and science writing in the University of Maryland Baltimore Graduate School, and the special issues editor for the Popular Culture Studies Journal. They are the author of The Computer’s Voice: From Star Trek to Siri (University of Minnesota Press, 2020) and Robot Suicide: Death, Identity, and AI in Science Fiction (Lexington Books, forthcoming 2023).
